Taekwondo at Champion Gym in Grande Prairie is structured by skill level — Novice for beginners, Advanced for trained students — with children and adults training together. For children ages 6 and up, Taekwondo builds explosive leg strength, balance, coordination, and the discipline that parents consistently report carrying over into school and home.

Ages 6 and up. Children 3-5 start in Little Champion Superheroes, which builds the foundation for Taekwondo and other programs.
