Coach Marie-Catherine

Marie-Catherine is a Manager at Champion Gym with a flair for promotions and a passion for an active lifestyle. A proud mother of three girls, Marie-Catherine holds a Red Belt in Taekwondo and a degree in Civil Engineering. With 15 years of experience in the education system and a Teacher Assistant diploma, she brings valuable leadership and mentorship skills to the gym and The Champion Leadership Academy. When she's not at the gym, Marie-Catherine enjoys skiing and biking, embodying the gym's commitment to a healthy, vibrant life.
