Agility ladders, plyo-boxes, hand weights, battle ropes, resistance bands, sandbags, suspended ladders, slide boards, skipping ropes, Stroops, , Bosu, Steppers, etc., and most importantly – YOU! – for an endlessly different, interesting, and effective experience!
Activewear and indoor shoes may be required. Tim Horton’s coffee (pre-workout!) as well as filtered, water bottle dispenser/fountain chilled water – freely available.
